The Pro-Clean System is our proprietary method for commercial spaces: a ten-step sequence that moves from the top of the room down to the floor, removing dust and dirt in a deliberate, repeatable order.
- Plan the spaceWalk the area and confirm the scope, access details and client priorities for this visit.
- Top-down start Begin at the highest surfaces first so falling dust never settles on already-cleaned areas.
- Dust high surfacesCeiling corners, light fixtures, vents and shelving are handled before floors are touched.
- Surfaces and glassDesk tops, counters and partition glass are wiped down with attention to edges and corners.
- Work zonesShared work areas, reception and meeting spaces are cleaned in a planned order.
- Restrooms Fixtures, mirrors, dispensers and floors are sanitized and reset for the next use.
- Touch points Door handles, switches, rails and other frequently handled items are disinfected.
- FloorsVacuuming and mopping are performed last, from the farthest point toward the exit.
- Waste removalTrash and recycling are collected and liners replaced.
- Final walkthroughSpot checks confirm the space is complete and equipment is secured before leaving.
