Q: DO YOU PROVIDE ALL CLEANING EQUIPMENT?
A: All cleaning equipment, chemicals and materials needed to properly clean your home or office are included in our price estimate. Certain paper products such as paper toweling, toilet tissue, etc... is discussed further at the time of estimate.
Q: DO YOUR CLEANING COMPANY STAFF WORK IN TEAMS OR ONE PERSON?
A: We usually provide customers with one (1) professionally trained cleaning staff. We found that this method best provides for a personable and higher quality cleaning service. Of course, many "special services" (e.g., spring cleaning, fall cleaning, deep cleaning, one time cleaning, move in or move out cleaning, post construction cleaning, etc...) require a small team of 2-4 staff. This is also true for some larger office cleaning or janitorial cleaning building maintenance applications.
Q: WILL THE SAME CLEANING PERSON BE CLEANING EACH VISIT?
A: Yes. The same professionally trained cleaning staff member will be cleaning your home or office each visit. This provides us with the opportunity to become familiar with each customer's specific needs.
Q: WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
A: We accept cash or check for payment at time of service rendered. Yes, we accept all major Credit Cards, using PayPal as our preferred method to accept Credit Cards. A "Net 30" billing system usually applies to larger, commercial office cleaning and building maintenance contracts
Q: IS THERE ANY GUARANTEE ON YOUR WORK?
A: Absolutely! There is a 24 hour guarantee on all work completed by The Cleaning Lady, Inc. Simply telephone
our office within 24 hours of the cleaning and make arrangements with the owner or her representative to
resolve the issue. See our guarantee page for more details.
Q: IS INSURANCE PROVIDED?
A: YES! All liability, damage and theft insurance is provided at no additional cost to you. Certificates of insurance for verification are sent directly from our agent upon request.
Q: WILL MY HOME OR OFFICE BE CLEANED ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE (i.e., SAME TIME & DAY)?
A: A regularly scheduled day and time will initially be arranged. The schedule may vary slightly at times, but generally will remain within the hour agreed upon. Scheduling may be changed, with advanced notice, based upon availability on the desired day and time.
Q: DOES A KEY NEED TO BE PROVIDED TO GAIN ACCESS TO OUR OFFICE (OR HOME, IF RESIDENTIAL)?
A: No. We have options available to you other than giving us a key to clean your home or office. Please contact us by phone to discuss other arrangements. Keep in mind that we keep all client keys secure at all times. Your name or address is NEVER attached to your key if you choose to give us one.
